MEET AUTHOR BILLY DERING

Billy Dering grew up on the Jersey Shore, a place that became woven into the fabric of his soul. After high school, life led him first to Clemson, South Carolina for college, then to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where his parents had relocated. In the early 1990s, Dering returned home to Ocean County, New Jersey, where he has lived ever since.
